This was fun. Pirates are cool, especially with this music! One nitpick when the ship sails through the land :D

Takes some getting used to at first but once it gets going it's some proper psychedelic shit. Good stuff!

Yup, completely understandable! The performance was good and smooth for me, only noticed the increased load so saying, I think a broadphase would do it or computing some things less times a second. Anyway with the overall quality this is just a small nitpick, it's a great game!

May the numbers ever go up :D Super polished game, it's great!

Man this is polished and fun to play! Probably the only complaint is that my laptop went spinning quite a bit while playing.

Thanks!

Thanks for a ton of feedback! The combat could definitely use some refinement. It's a bit experimental, the sword is raycast against the character and the sword for the parry every frame and the damage depends on where on the blade it lands. The parry animation is a bit wonky and the foes don't telegraph so it works only partially.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I will be finishing it after I caught up with the real world, adding more gameplay too. I hate to leave the story half done.

To answer your question, settings felt empty so I added it for gigs. It's an idea from "If Quake was done today" video. Totally out of place though.

I like this idea and it is so polished! The only complaint is no sound. Cool one!

The player character is quite original and the game is coherent with itself. I think the guide text works well. Platforming is solid, though personally I could use a bit more coyote time. The menu art is peak and the music fits very well. Overall nice little game!

Made me miss AC just a little bit more :D Great music choice!

I forgot olympics games exist, nice idea! Had a laugh a couple times.

Well balanced and dynamic, this is good stuff!
