Those 2 scenes are with Jessica, you have to go back to Episode 3 and choose to not risk your relationship with Jessica.

If you count the scenes in the gallery there are actually a total of 6 scenes with penetration.

1 with Krystal, 1 with Daphne, 2 with Riley, 1 with Cindy, 1 with Skylar
