Hello warriors and strategists!

As Warbanners is constantly evolving and improving itself, here are the two latest additions to the game:

Poison Spit: The Attacking Unit receives a +4 bonus to its Accuracy; if successful, the attacking unit deals 5 points of Magical Damage (taking into account any Magic Resistances), and Poisons the target for three turns (-1 to Strength, -1 to Accuracy, and -1 to Evasion; target suffers 1 damage at the beginning of each turn).

Universal: Ranged units do not receive penalties when entering melee combat.

Oh, and... The closed beta of Warbanners will begin next week! Brave (and cunning) beta testers are needed to play, test, and dissect the game through August.
