I'm amazed by your ability to create such a vivid world in people minds with words. I know it can't be easy, especially when you make branching choices that have a meaningful impact on the story. To express characters state of mind not only by their words, but also their actions and the way they deal/cope with problems they're presented with, while thinking about how other characters and the world affect all of it. I'm sure it can be overwhelming to imagine these things for each character plus the overall story, and then actually putting it all into words can be even more so.
I know it can be enticing to forge ahead and push through the pain, but try not push yourself too hard. Your story is already incredible, and I'm sure it will only become even more incredible with your determination to make it the best you can. Try to remember to take breaks and enjoy yourself, even if you don't wanna.
