Thanks! but wait... you died 11 times on your very first turn...? WHAT. ok, so the way the game works, is that it picks a random number between 1 and 7 (imitating spinning the cylinder), then each time you pull the trigger, it subtracts 1, and it keeps doing that until you hit 0, at which point you die. the probability of you dying on your first turn is 1/7, or 15%. and doing that 11 times is... 😭 also there's +25% chance of your opponent just shooting themselves even if the odds are with them. so like... omg how did you pull that off 😭

good point, there are 7 chambers there (not the usual 6) its a bit weird so a lil tutorial wouldve made sense. oh the torsion indicator is, yk force indicator, its how hard you'll spin the gun.

also thanks! i used the lerp thingy for everything so it was zoom zoom :3

first time seeing a stretchy dog... also am i eating the squirrels or kicking them out 😭

ye it's annoying. that's why i added a +25% chance that you win on the first turn. but that still wasnt enough lmao 😭

my high score... i forgor. does the highscore i got while debugging count 😭 (it was 20 btw i was dedicated on finding bugs)

thank you! i did want to add secret fourth powerup when you defeat the triangle guy. it was GENIUS: you shoot once, they shoot twice on their turn... but the first powerup already kinda did that with less risk sooo i didnt make it 😭 and so now that triangle guy is a lil jerk that gives you nothing

Thanks a lot! Happy you enjoyed it :D

Thanks!

Wow thank you!

Damn, guess Dave taught that tutorial a little too well!

 Thanks!

Ohhh, that's weird... Not sure why that's happening. I can’t make any changes rn since it's a jam game but I appreciate you letting me know! It could be an issue with a different operating system, or maybe the controls? The game uses arrow keys maybe you were using WASD instead? Thanks for the reply and sorry for the inconvenience ;(

Thanks! Sorry to hear you ran into an issue. Kind of curious what it is ngl.

Thanks for the feedback! More melodies would basically make it a bit like a music making software, lol!

Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback! I considered using a pentatonic scale and try to do stuff with chords to create different effects, like making the game darker or lighter, or even altering platforms. But I kept the scope small so I could finish on time.

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised that the music approach is rare in the jam (I think)

Thanks! I'm stupid I don't know how to make levels It does have a pretty easy difficulty curve. But I'm glad you found the theme interesting! :)

Thank you! glad you enjoyed it, I appreciate the feedback

Thanks! :D

Wow, thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Your words means a lot! :)

Thank you so much! I’m really glad you had fun playing!

Thanks for playing! Appreciate your thoughts!

Thanks for checking it out!

Thank  you! I think the transitions look like PowerPoint presentations but it adds to the charm right?

Thank you for the kind words! :D

Really happy you liked it. I’m honestly surprised by how much you all like the tutorial, but it means a lot!

Thank you so much! I'm happy you enjoyed it. I didn't think it was that clever, but I still appreciate the compliment :D

Thanks a lot! I'm stupid so I can't expand it, but I’m glad you think it has potential!

Thanks :)

Glad you liked it! I'm surprised this is the first music-themed game you’ve found out of 7,706 entries. Thanks for checking mine out!

Thank you so much! Took me only 1 minute to make but happy you liked it

Glad you liked it!

Thanks :)

Thanks! Btw that was actually a sausage, not a prawn, but I can see how it might look like one haha

I'm really glad you enjoyed it! It’s great to hear that you played it all the way through :D

Thank you! I'm really happy that you liked it :)

True, Glad you liked it. yeah I'm not the best at designing levels

Happy you liked the artwork! I made the body disappear to make the game a bit more challenging but I'm still learning, so some bugs slipped through.

Thank you! I used the nes color palette but tried to pick the most colorful ones. And yeah the mechanic is confusing. I wanted to do a tutorial but I couldn't fit the text without it getting over pixelated.
