They cant, they replaced it because that box already had the command to put it on the character. Basically they aren't able to add new boxes with the clothing in it. So you either take the new things or keep the old

Alright do you want to right-click the folder since when you download, it comes as a zipped folder. And then in one of the options when you right click is "Extract all". Click that and send it to downloads then you can use it in your files
