Looking for some clarification on how the Cowboy’s Spacewalk ability works — do they:

• just Spacewalk as normal but not spend resources upon drawing the red card (e.g. on a 4-5 result)?

 or 

• pass as soon as they draw a red card (even if drawing two cards, on a 1-3 result, and one is a black card) but still have to spend resources?

or both, I guess (but that seems overly powerful).
