I finally found the finish! But I didn't know how to exit, as Escape puts the menu behind the results so Alt+F4 I guess :-D

Some other comments:

1. At the start it says CHAMPIONSIP not SHIP

2. There are 2 Union Jack flags

3. The concrete area was confusing to know where to go as the entrance and exits tend to blend in

4. Sometimes I flip and there's no key to get the car back on it's wheels (unless I missed something)

5. Sometimes the game launches with the car going flat out (after a restart occasionally)

6. It'd be MUCH easier if there was a spoken co-driver, rather than having to look at, and decipher, coded letters

7. On Xbox (360 at least) controller, the same X button activates hand brake and the headlights

8. Might be nice to have a cockpit/in-car view too.

9. And/or some way to turn down the sun! And possibly remove some of the VHS effects. But I see the graphics settings are all interim at the mo.

Overall, good stuff, lots of promise I think.

Do you mean turn right at the buried houses? I drove up the hill behind them but didn't find a road, maybe it wasn't 30 degrees though 馃槀

Thanks for getting back, I've made a video about it but will remake it if I can complete the stage! Nice little game

Is there an actual end to the stage? It just seems to finish in the sand with some buried buildings and a direction that just says "R"

There's also quite a big bug - if you go back and complete an earlier race, it'll unlock the next one and lock all the future races you might have unlocked! e.g. I unlocked every race, then replayed the first Forest one, and when I finished it, only Beach was available!

Tip to players: press Home then untick the 2 options, it makes it much easier to see and read the words on-screen! Or rename the reshade-shaders folder.

The scanlines are too heavy!

I've just noticed the same behaviour in Super Woden GP on Steam; 100hz = smooth, any other refresh rate = jerky. I wonder if Unity has a bug and/or setting to improve this?

I'm running a GSYNC monitor so tried all combos of refresh rate (between 60hz - 144hz) and vsync on/off and 100hz (double 50hz) looks great whilst all others stutter.

Very unusual; I get sound in-game through desktop Soundblaster Z but nothing via USB Corsair Vengeance 1500 headphones. Both play menu music though

Got another bug/issue, the game only runs at 50hz. Much like your videos on YouTube, it's a little jerky, unless you set refresh rate to 100hz and capture at 50hz/make videos at 50hz, when it's smooth as butter.

Are there any more updates or content coming up?

it works acceptably on a PS2 controller via converter though, lol

Is this game still in development?

Basic issue: Xbox 360 controller not really supported - accelerate is mapped to Start and brake to Back. If I try keyboard controls, why is boost mapped to a mouse and not another key (like Shift or Ctrl)?

I also completed first stage but 2 seconds outside the 2min limit and my Profile says I've driven 0 KM and had no crashes (though I drove off a cliff and ruined for fun!
