Thank you so much! We tried our best in our level design to introduce mechanics before challenging the player with them. We as a team feel that some mechanics in our game are still unfair and buggy, but it warms our hearts to know that our purposeful level design has been seen! I'm part of the programming team, but I'm sure that our art department is also very grateful for the praise on the polish. We, as a studio, took a lot of time in trying to make the little details and polish matter.

(I went to go rate your game and left a comment. It was such a beautiful game!)

This was such an amazing game! I went through a few times to look exclusively at the gameplay, music and sound design, and art and story design. Everything was so cohesive and polished!  I especially love the art style and how much it fits in with the narrative in the game. The lesson was so deep and I loved it so much! The music was great and I love the small details like clicking sounds and darkened highlights for each of the buttons. The gameplay was also a really unique take on the Jam's theme and puzzle games in general!

My only feedback would be to have a description for each of the cards somewhere. It took me a few tries before understanding what each card did. The symbols are every intuitive but it still takes a moment with some trial and error to fully understand them. A simple text box when you hover over the symbol would be amazing! Other than that though, I appreciated everything about this game and love all the little details and polish everywhere!

Thank you for the kind words! It took us a while to balance the difficulty in this game and ultimately decided that the timer would run in the air but not during the flipping animation. Otherwise, bunny hopping would be too powerful and level 8 would be less impactful of a challenge. The feedback is greatly appreciated for tuning our game after the Game Jam and we appreciate your confidence in Mark noticing our little game!
