anyone else having an issue where the game "freezes"? it still responds to what im doing, which i can tell because the sound effects still happen, but the window is just stuck visually. ive had it happen twice now and i dont want to have to start over a third time and kill my hand from all the clicking 😭

Hey there, trying out this demo and I've gotten very stuck. I've walked through the garden dozens of times and I think I've found pretty much everything, including the blood, the drag marks, the trampled flowers, the chalky stuff, the invitation, the cotton, and the petals with the ACR reading. I've talked to everyone about everything that I can currently. All of the case sections are grey, so I don't think I'm supposed to be solving that right now but I also don't know what other evidence I'm supposed to be able to find or how to get to other parts of the map (inside of museum, shed, locked off sections of garden, etc). Whatever the way forward is, I don't know what it's meant to be. I really want to finish this because I love detective games so any clarifications would be greatly appreciated!
Probably a bit of a long shot by commenting here, but hopefully someone sees this and can help me out! I've gotten all the ghosts except for the one in the tunnels. I don't even know where the tunnels are for that matter. I thought the house with the chalk drawings might have something to do with it (since its the only location that doesn't seem to have a gameplay function yet) but I don't see any way of interacting with the stuff in there or stuff in any other map. Any ideas where I'm supposed to be looking for the way forward?

I commented a few days ago asking for help with the final puzzle (before the update) but I'm commenting again so I can sing my praises for this game! I absolutely loved it, the puzzles are great of course (love that we're still innovating and coming up with new formats within the detective genre), but I also really really really like the writing and characters. One of the things that made Obra Dinn my favorite game ever was getting just enough information about the characters and story to let your imagination run absolutely wild with theories and headcanons, and Type Help is also captures the same sort of vibe for me, especially with all the complex relationships going on between the characters. (If you're curious, my favorite characters are 6 and 8 haha) So yeah, thank you William Rous for making this game, I really enjoyed it and hope to see more great stuff from you in the future :)
Spoilers [end game(?) help]
I am soooo close to the end (I think) but I just can't figure out what exactly I'm supposed to do. I've found 95 files so far, and I have a filled-in timeline for characters 1 through 12, from time codes 01 through 26. I figure there's something I need to do with Wintercote (WI) because it's a bold location name... but I can't figure out what characters it is meant to involve or what time code I need to put. If it helps, the only scenes that have any reference points are 00-audio-recovery and 26-EN-1. Not sure what other information would be relevant for me to provide but yeah. Don't tell me outright what to do, just a nudge.. like a scene to stare at until I get that eureka moment lol
