was really surprised seeing this game referenced in an optozorax video. okay, maybe not THAT surprised since recursion and portals are very related

i just randomly remembered this game.
i really like the music and how it feels, it also has the thing that is one of my favorite things ever since childhood, portals, gravity changing, and mc escher. i really hope that sequel does get made someday, cause that'll probably be the one of the most fun things ever for me, no matter how good or bad it is.
i also remember one time someone found a bug to effectively cube jump and go up to anywhere, and basically it can be used to explore the out of bounds and go anywhere, and finally explained to me the mystery of WHERE IN THE WORLD those tower rooms were, and turns out they were in their own disconnected "void" dimension, or just really REALLY far out of bounds. i also remember falling between two of the tower rooms, or slowly ascending up using the cube to go through this weird void dimension.
this game gives an indescribable feeling i really enjoy
although i've gotten stuff to work, there are still some bad glitches, like how if you go through portal through the wrong side in the portals between geometries, it will rotate you around instantly and make you walk away. to enter, you have to go backwards. this bug didn't happen the first time, but it's now happening even if i restart the game
I really like it! I have a few suggestions:
- Please make it for linux! For now, I will use Steam Proton because Wine and Mono don't work.
- Maybe try adding more things to do, like more games. Here's a simple game idea: Hide and Seek. There are walls placed around, and Niko has an actual sight capability. You are the cursor in the game. If they see you for 1 second, you will lose. Unlike the other game, you can win by staying hidden for ~1 minute.
- Pet Niko
I also wonder why the "I'm not sure what to do" line has AUDIO?! i mean it's not a problem but why
also an extra thing i did the ask a question and asked if Niko liked pancakes. They said no.
Similar to antichamber in terms of graphics,
Mechanics are interesting, some are things i've never seen in a non-euclidean game,
Game is kinda small though. I liked it! Just I feel like there should be an ending, or at least some sort of progression because this game is just exploring through some puzzles and that's kinda it.
7/10

literally the only way to get where i need is blocked by a pillar. i was looking for almost 30 minutes and this was the last path left.

at some point i entered this void room and then after walking for a while the exit somehow disappeared (maybe i unloaded chunks then reloaded?) but then i had to restart because i was trapped
