Just before the fight against the warden she's the wolf in the jail cell that says she'd swallow you in a heartbeat. After you go outside you can platform up the barrels to a fake wall and take her up on her offer.
I'd love to see more voluntary encounters like the secret prison wolf that has completely unique dialogue since she can only grab you by going out of your way to reach her. She's by far my favorite scene just for that.
