Wow! This update is tremendous! You've really outdone yourself, mate, and the game was already so good. I'm about to head in, will update if I spot bugs.
Update: Found an issue with the phone web version of the game. When you reach the immobile state and receive the notice at the start of the day that you have a carer assigned, you can't see the whole window and thus proceed with the game.
