Yeah, I figured out an idea on how you might be able to implement it. Light one is controlled when holding left click, light 2 is controlled when hitting right click, and light 3 with wsad, and you can just press number keys to use the sound panels? That's one suggestion lol. Anyways, super fun game, excited to see what you do with it in the future!

This was a wonderful experience! I think maybe the 5 minute countdown was a little too close, but it worked out well if you know what you're doing. Sadly the game fails at explaining everything to players that don't know the game very well which can harm it a bit!
Some custom music for this game would have really rocketed it forward as well, but it was still a really good overall game! Phenomenal stuff guys!
I liked the movement and platforming, but the music is very chaotic making it hard to listen to. It sounds like a wall of sound that just really could have been executed better I think.
The art is great, I especially enjoyed the way the count brings out his pocket watch, its a dope animation, so great job on that front guys!
Excited to see more from yall!
I figured the shields blocked HP, but I was always shooting them in the head, maybe the hitbox isn't super accurate? Hard to say!
I just feel out when I accidentally jumped backwards off the edge over the pitch black void lol, not sure if that was intentional or not, would be nice if it just did damage to your hp but brought you back to the start of the fight?
Also, one last thing, maybe ammo being more common or more prevalent would be nice, or some way of getting ammo back over time, because using the pistol constantly if you have terrible aim kinda sucks!
Keep up the good work though, this is awesome for 4 days!
The game is really cute and you did a good job selecting music that fit! (Tho, I hope next time you get a composer for custom made music!)
I have some complaints with some of the games though, I'm not sure if these were play tested all that much because some of them felt completely impossible. Playing mania with arrow keys is really rough, and the catching food game I actually don't think is possible when you get stun locked every time theres a bad food and your mouth is the size of a black hole LOL
Outside of all of that though, the game is super cute and fun, I had a good time even though I apparently sucked at it! Good job yall!
The music was a bit hard to listen to, I liked the goofy vibe but it sounded very dissonant and off key in a lot of sections, especially with that harsh muted brass sound.
The game was nice and simple in a good way though, I always like incremental upgrade games, and this did a good job at that!
Good job yall!
This is a really charming cute little game! I can see this becoming extremely difficult if you weren't allowed to upgrade the size of the lights! It would be cool if you could control one light using wsad keys, and other lights using mouse buttons, not sure how you'd properly implement that though.
Music fit really well, soundfx did their job, art was cute and simple, really solid game guys! Awesome performance! (pun intended).
Super fun game! Enjoyed it a lot, this is such a unique take on the concept of countdown! This seems like a fun party game to play with friends in real life as well haha
This would be a great minigame in a collection of other minigames!
I know there are no rules against it, but next time I hope you try looking for a musician! (I'm just a little biased though)
Anyways, good job guys, that was a ton of fun, I only got a score of 2000, but it was really fun!
This is a cute little game, it actually runs pretty well!
For gameplay, I really wish the blocks just snapped in a grid like fashion instead of them being semi off place, it can make the rocket more lopsided than you want, and create some annoyance. More levels with different mechanics like wind or something could be fun as well, but it's only 4 days and this is fun for such a short amount of time!
Good job yall!
One of the puzzles I think bugged out for me, because I would push the block but then my character wouldn't go all the way to the place I wanted them to go.
I actually saw this idea of having clones of yourself open stuff earlier in the jam, it's genuinely a really cool and creative concept and both of yall did a cool job with it!
Good job guys!
I feel like this game has the potential to be quite fun, but I kind of wish I could scroll around instead of just having the camera auto pan to the right. The music was a good fit, but too loud, same with other sounds.
The clues also kinda scrolled away pretty fast often, and some of them were a little confusing and I didn't really know what they meant!
Anyways, I liked the idea, good job guys!
Wow, that was AWESOME, what a cool way to do a roguelite game! The movement is also suprisingly fun yet so simple! I didn't even encounter any bugs either. The animation/sprites is quality, and the music is fun and fits the vibe really well. Everyone must have been on a pretty similar page making this game because that was actually a ton of fun.
I made it about 2000 meters, good job everyone!
The audio could use a bit of am improvement imo. The music was very loopy and short, causing it to be quite repetitive, which wasn't that bad because the game is also fairly short. It also didn't really fit the vibe of the game that well to me either, it felt a little too goofy to me.
The gameplay was nice and short, but also a little too easy. Although, apparently there was a hard mode I didn't get to. Anyways, all in all, nice little game for 4 days, good work guys!
Zeal brought me over here, he really is such a talented composer, I love all the sound blips and the music!
I think the gameplay is nice and sweet, but I've always been terrrrrible at puzzles, even simple ones like this game, and I hate math lol, so I only got to level 5 before I gave up haha, I kept getting "1" no matter what I did.
I really enjoyed what I played though, for people who really like puzzles, this game has got to be a goldmine/hidden gem. Phenomenal work you guys!
Definitely need to credit the music you used when you get the chance, but aside from that, very fun game, great job! The movement was nice and smooth, and listening to it with euro beats was kinda fire. Although, I honestly think something high energy funk/jazzy/hiphop vibes would be even better, but maybe thats just me haha.
Good job guys!
Wow, I hated this in the best way possible. The music is great, and the sfx are really solid, kudos to the audio guy!
The art and visuals are great as well, and I love the overall aesthetic. The way the boss chases you, while not "scary" exactly, is really stressful! I really enjoyed this experience a lot, solid work yall!
Concept was really cool, and the drill machine controlled in a really satisfying way, however, I'm going to be completely honest, I really could not stand the music. It kind of felt random and all over the place, and some of the sounds were really loud/over the top.
The idea of switching from the drill to a platformer is really cool, but I wasn't sure what exactly was the point of it. I think with a lot more polish it would be a really interesting idea, but I couldnt really tell if it served a purpose, then again, I was really bad at this game so maybe avoiding the caves wasn't the correct choice?
Good job guys, it was quite interesting, and I enjoyed what I played, even if I couldn't beat it myself, excited to see what yall do in the future!
Some of the music felt too intense to me for a lot of stuff in this game, maybe it should have ramped up as the game progressed, but right out the gate it was pretty hard hitting EDM, combining that with no sfx and it made everything feel like it wasn't hitting very hard, which led to me being somewhat unsatisfied.
I did really like the story though, yall were lowkey cooking in that regard, and I think with more time (not just 4 days) this could be a genuinely cool game. Yall should for sure consider pursuing this, keep it up! Good job guys!
Yeah I totally agree lol, it was really the second picture that seems to give people the most trouble, for good reason too. Levels 1 and 3 have a red ball lookin thing you can stand on to take pictures, but level 2 just doesnt for some reason, I think we just forgot it!
But thank you Mya, your comment is very nice! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Was actually pretty fun! I was judging it a little bit before I played it but I was actually pleasantly surprised! My biggest critique was that some areas felt a little too big just for the sake of being big (which I can understand from a gameplay perspective), and that a lot of the sounds/music were incredibly repetitive. Also, the sound for the alien technology code was horrifically loud!
Still, very fun! Nice job yall, with more time I think this game could become pretty solid!
Super interesting game, genuinely blown away by the creativity and passion put into it. Music was good, but some of the sfx were just a little frustrating/annoying to listen to (like the charging phone for one). Although, maybe some of that was meant to be like that.
Game was also just a little bit confusing, I know I was supposed to manage my bars at the top, but I feel like it wasn't explained very well, and when I was watching "tiktok" I wasn't really able to interact with it too much.
Anyways, I'm just nitpicking a little bit, there were a lot of things I really liked about this game, so seriously, good work guys, yall made a fantastic game!
