I am currently studying at the university and I need to take part in hackathons and similar events. I was told, that if event is not hosted by some company in my country, I should clarify whether it counts as international hackathon. So that's the question. Does this jam counts as international IT event? Will I receive any certificates? Does anybody know how this works in the legal sense?
