I was not expecting that type of story at all. I was completely caught off guard by everything that happened. Great game!

This was an amazing game! I love the art style, I got genuinely attached to Atlas and Iris' relationship, it's beautifully written. I found the puzzle minigame to be a really creative way to show their relationship. I was most surprised by how the bad ending was written, it completely subverted what I thought it was going to be. Only problem I had was that the puzzle game during the bad ending kept getting error (tried reinstalling game after deleting data in RenPy folder on my PC but issue still happened), but just pressing the ignore button twice let me see ending 3 still. Genuinely would love to see what yall could do again.

Played through all 5 endings and enjoyed the game. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe have some ambience playing in the background to add to the scene, but for a game jam it's a interesting little game.

I'm really surprised by how much is in this game a month long game jam. The UI was very high quality and there was a lot to do. I'll admit I struggled to get attached to Lock (he was a bit much), but this is still very impressive and I liked the minigame in between each free time.

A pretty cute game. I like the style you have for the characters, feels like cute stickers walking.

This game was amazing! This was really ambitious for a game jam. I love all the characters, I enjoyed reading what everyone had to say. The only two points of criticism I'd give would be the navigation, a map just so I can know what rooms I have to go through to get somewhere would be nice, and the exposing of the murderer, there are a decent amount of moving parts and if this idea is expanded on I would love to see a more fleshed out system of how we have to explain what transpired that night. Maybe in the future something like Danganronpa's system of needing to place events in chronological order.

Fantastic game, I can't wait to see what you and your game have in store for the future.
(Also I'd love to see more of Maxwell and that Necronomicon)

It's an interesting game. I do like the art style, all the characters are very distinct. I will say it was confusing what I was supposed to do at first. A textbox saying "Click the text in the documents to fill out the info" with a sound effect every time something is discovered would help with that. Otherwise, I enjoyed the experience.

The art in this was fantastic! This was great to play through. I won't lie I was a bit dissapointed that (SPOILER) The choice of which part to have eaten didn't affect the game.

But besides that, it was great!.

I love the visuals for the game. Taking yo-yo and turning it into a shonen tournament is the most anime thing I've seen in the best way possible.

This was really interesting to read. Though you said you haven't made many choice-based VNs, for CLEAVE you nailed down pretty well how to use the choices and different endings to show how what may seem like inconsequential things you say still do have on an effect on people. Excited to see what you'll work on in the future!

I really enjoyed trying to get all the endings. I especially liked the small difference in ending 4 and 5. Wasn't sure how

[spoiler below]

the choice of doubling down or not would effect the ending but it felt very satisfying when I figured it out.

Nice game 👍I really like the background art.

Thx!

The images were wip, wasn't able to go back to finishing drawing since I wanted to finish up intro and ending before submitting.

This was really interesting to play. Never seen a google slides Itch.io game. Cool stuff ol

I love the menus. It has a really cute aesthetic.

I like it, cute visual novel.
