Thankfully updating to 0.13.1 did seem to do the trick. I didn't realize there was a quick patch update after I downloaded the original 0.13.0 version.

I was playing through the game in Bonus Version 0.13.0 as of the timing making this post, making it to the door that leads to the dungeon boss. When I went through the door however, it had the quartet walk up instead of down in the boss room, resulting in being stuck in the wall. I am not sure if it is from not updating the game correctly, or if it had somehow reemerged after patching it in 0.12.1. Regardless, this game is very enjoyable overall so far, and I'm looking to further dungeons and fun!
