129, 165-169 is with Will, I think it is related to the two paths (good/bad approach to Will) during the corruption. Try the other path for these you did not choose, seems like the gentle approach.
149 is part of walkthrough in the police station for game over (choose a path to get caught to unlock).
82 is with Alchemy, I think it is based on whether you choose to save her from guards or see what happens next after putting her in prison. For 82 it seems you need to see what happens next and progress quite a bit in the story (up to defeating sand demon and gargoyle and reporting to Raythor).
