The game is pretty alright imo.
I don't really get why the game title is "Once in a lifetime", shouldn't it be more related to the main story. The main story is basically about supernatural shit and demonic cult stuff.
Also the story is pretty linear, the only thing that will change is your relationship with the girls.
The game forces you to pursue the stepsisters. Most of the time in game, you'll spending time with them, and some of the side girls have very little screen time which is unfortunate if you prefer them. And the game will also make it clear that you fuckin suck and makes you feel bad if you don't pursue the stepsisters route which is kind of funny.
The only good thing about the story is my GOAT Stabby Mike and the comedy in the story. That what makes me keep playing this. I would have dropped this game if it weren't for Mike. And also for the surpising funny cameos in the game which I won't mention.
Overall, this is game is pretty alright. 7/10
