How do you bind abilities? I cant seem to find any way of doing it?

Im not sure how i feel about this...because, well, this isnt reddit. This isn't a place to post news or updates about a particular hobby or interest and it seems a lot of topics that COULD be relevant just get burried and, if replied to down the line, will not resurface which may prevent someone getting help from an issue that has already been posted about, prompting them to make their own post instead which just creates what amounts to duplicate posts.
At the end of the day, this is a message board, not reddit.
Honestly the arrow speed isnt the problem - its the sheer amount of arrows and the differing directions that screw me. I can't get past week 1 on easy because the tempo just speeds up way too quickly, the buildup is almost nonexistant between "slow" and "about 0.1 seconds between each arrow"
EDIT: I just watched some videos of hard mode...and its exactly the same?! The only difference seems to be more stuff on the end of any given week. Otherwise the amount of arrows are basically the same to easy mode...and the speed looks similar too, hard might be slightly faster though...does the difficulty modifier even do anything?
