I found that i can drag from elsewhere on the screen onto the cards to read info too, so two (extremely sub-optimal) ways at least exist!

Only problem is that I, at least, can't scroll in the deck inspector when the cards exceed the screen limit

This is such a good game! It even works on mobile! A little expensive on processing, but still works great. Will definitely be buying on release.
