After most scenes, the only thing left to do is move on and escape. Maybe, in some cases, it could be done like, if the player doesn't escape in a set time, random events will happen until the green bar fills and then you finally get a game over. This can motivate the player to try to escape faster

I think that more could be done with the player as a slave. Something like a obedience/defiance points. With more obedience, you're treated less horrible (still bad, but it's something). Also possible new scenes like the player getting whored out to the master's friends and/or business partners. Defiance could get you a better rep with your fellow slaves, who in return could help the player with escape plans. But in return, the punishments would be harsher and more damaging
