The take on the theme is already creative on its own, but what's even more impressive is how elegant some of the puzzles' solutions feel! It's all complimented by great presentation, so a good job all around :)

You took the idea of "Your past self repeats your actions" and created some obscenely clever puzzles with it. Every single level had an "Oh, I get it now!" moment for me, and that was very satisfying. Good job!

Very cool take on the loop theme. It reminds me of tech classes from my childhood, so there's an element of nostalgia there, but I could definitely see myself getting lost in hours of this. Good job !

Excellent game, it could honestly be released as-is. It's an interesting and creative take on the theme, good job!

First off, congratulations on your first game jam as a solo dev. This is a very good-looking game with a beautiful soundtrack almost reminiscent (to me) of Expedition 33. The fact that you achieved this as a first-time dev and while dealing with a Unity crash is genuinely impressive. I think with a little bit more time you could have a very fun hack'n'slash on your hands!

I like the reversed controls mechanic, that's pretty fun. I think it'd be nice if it was used a bit more sparingly, and if scoring was a bit more obvious. The movement felt fluid and fast though, so good work!

The puzzles are clever and satisfying to solve, and the humor with the jokes on the signs just makes you want to solve them even more! Good job!

I mean, what else is there to say? The idea is super creative, the gameplay loop is intuitive and addictive, and both the visuals and audio are perfectly adapted to the game. Incredible work, good job!

A very creative take on the theme! It took me second to fully grasp how the feedback loop worked but once I got it, it was very satisfying to build new loops and use my existing ones to kickstart them. Good job!

The presentation feels like it's specifically crafted to evoke a surreal, disorienting feeling, and that works really well. It's an overall very flavorful and surprisingly challenging game.

Oh my, and the worst is that before we had other levels, this said "restart level" as well. But I see what you mean and thank you for clarifying, it's good to know if we return to it after the jam :)

Oh, did the restart button on the right not work? I might've forgotten to hook it up in the code hehe

The artstyle is super charming, the controls feel good. and I had multiple "AH-HA!" moments with the puzzle/platforming challenges! Fantastic work!

Very fun arcade game with a super cool take on the theme! The presentation was impeccable, excellent work on the artwork and audio!

Good game, good presentation as well! It would be lovely to see the loop mechanic integrated a bit more: maybe what you do on run 1 affects what happens on run 2? Either way, good job!

Making a metroidvania for a game jam is an enormous flex. It being fully realized, complete with retro artwork and audio is even more impressive. Good job!

Fantastic presentation - both the aesthetic and the music were on point, and I appreciate the "fuck AI" sentiment in the game. Movement felt great, I love first person parkour! The circling mechanic could be a little more generous but I can't begin to imagine how annoying it must've been to code so I get it. Good job!

I did NOT expect this game to make me feel things the way it did. Goddamn, good job!

Super cool take on the theme, and the game itself is very quickly addictive! The artwork serves the game well, I was able to see everything pretty clearly even when the number of gems got high.

It's unfortunate you didn't get enough time to finish, but the artwork is really good and you crafted a fantastic ambiance with this tiny scene! Good job :)

The goal is to go hit each task on the map while completing a loop! The more tasks you're able to accomplish the better your rating :)

Ohhh this is very nice! I love the looping level design as a concept, it's very creative. The game looks and feels great, and the audio is very appropriate to the overall aesthetic. My only negative is that there isn't more of it, but I'm looking forward to a full release!

Creative concept, good looking (and sounding) game! Unfortunately, the puzzles were too obscure for me - I couldn't figure out the second room since pressing on the right button didn't open the top wall for me. The main menu was a nice touch too!

Super fun idea! You turned Snake into a frantic bullet hell where each bullet was my own fault, and I was genuinely at the edge of my seat when I rushed back to my body. Good job!

The game is super fun, the presentation is incredible, the controls feel responsive... I honestly have no negatives here, good job!

Pardon my language but holy shit what a good-looking game! Combine that with a creative application of the theme and generous controls, and you get the most impressive game I've gotten to play so far! Good job!

This is probably my best-rated game so far! It looks good, it sounds good (that *broop* sound when you complete a loop, niiice), and the gameplay is a lot of fun! If I had to give feedback for an eventual sequel / full-release, I would say 1) being able to pause the trucks while placing buildings & thinking would be super nice and 2) I'd recommend a monospace font for the HUD or making the HUD larger, so that it doesn't resize whenever the points count up (but that's honestly a nitpick and did not detract from the overall feel of the game at all). Great job!

Very creative puzzle game! The exploration aspect and the fact that you have to carefully plan your moves through trial and error really takes advantage of the loop theme! Also, even if the aesthetic was simple, I found it very charming!

The game is difficult, but the controls feel so good that at every death I can only blame my own skill. I don't know if Celeste inspired it, but that's what Loopy Crystals reminded me of. Beautifully done!

That's such a fun interpretation of the theme. I'm gonna try and convince my friends to play this in multiplayer at some point this week. Good job!

The controls are the exact kind of difficult that feels satisfying to master. All my flock died it seems, so I need some more practice, but it's a good game nevertheless!

Very inventive take on the theme, I love the mechanic ! If you ever make a full release, I'd love to see a preview of what our "past-self" is going to do and a way to restore broken columns for an endless mode of some kind!

It takes a second to get the hang of it, but utilizing the fluid movement to dodge around the slimes is fun! If you ever make a full version, I'd love to see an upgrade that allows you to make bigger or quicker attacks :)

Very creative take on the loop theme which translates into a fun mechanic! The presentation is very polished as well, so bonus points for that :)

I'm a sucker for a time loop game, and I'm a sucker for a visual novel, so it's a delight to see a game do both. With the understanding that it's a demo: I like that the premise is not explained until the first loop is "complete" (that makes it more compelling imo), and I couldn't hold back a grin when I saw the added "Check for a scar" at the start of the second loop. Overall a promising game I hope to see complete one day!

Cool twist on the Snake formula! I appreciated the SFX, specifically how you had multiple sounds planned out for movement and level end - it shows great attention to detail!

It took me a while to get what I was doing, but once I figured it out, it became a very satisfying game to play! Loved the art and SFX :)

First Pico-8 game I played in this jam, so that was very fun to see. The presentation is minimalistic, but all the more satisfying. My hands are tight now.

Super impressive that you managed to make a sandbox builder in 48 hours AND found the time to make it cute!
