Was Not expecting Simon almost immediately go on a killing spree after placing him down.

At This Point, I think Ticki might be bugged for some pc users. I waited many times on different occasions while still on this tab and tabbed out and i didn't hear the clock ticking once. I'm also not sure if I'm not supposed to move my mouse at all.
