I forgot to mention MB3 one of the side buttons of your mouse (if it has side buttons) heals you..

Key-binds are subject to change but here they are:

• A/D: horizontal movement
• Q (A for AZERTY keyboards): start launch projectile sequence
• R: release projectile
• RMB: cancel launch
• Space: teleport to outlined pebble
• F: switch to combat mode
• Shift: (Combat mode) dodge/ (non-combat) run
• LMB: attack
