Will the Halloween update be enabled throughout all future updates or will it be a limited time event?

I see people talking about the warehouse. Maybe I missed something because i never made it there. I finished what I could of the Church and did half of the side missions. Is the warehouse .5?

Hey Milo,

Just started your game and i noticed I didn't have sound. I check part 2 as well. Is there a glitch on my end or do the games no contain sound? Plan on enjoying it either way, but if there was sound i would rather get that fixed now rather than later.
