The 'FoxLib' mod. Once you have it, go to 'Mod Options' on the startup screen.  It'll have an option called 'Current Theme.'

Under the animation browser option, when choosing an npc, the 'many guards' 'shemale guard' 'many inmates' and all the 'male inmate'/'shemale inmate' options load an invisible character or just a floating private part. Is this broken? Or is my game fucked?
