for people didn't understand it this is about draining poolrooms the panel at left gets water from poolrooms middle one holds the water right one drains it when you upgrade the level of an structure as an example the drainer that machines upgrades reset to so you need to rebuy them it just repeats justs click to the buttons and it's done after 30 minutes it was an experience but good one :)
