Does your appearance get ruined no matter what whenever you go to shine town even though you've already wasted 3000 for the surgery? Even though I wore a gas mask and I already own a hazmat suit, I somehow still ended up getting my charisma reduced due to acid rain :(((( Is this a bug? I've already wasted my 3000 gun powder and it's kind of a bummer cause I was tryna save up for other stuffs.
