I respect that, but it will definitly reach its limits in the future, i didn't say you have to, don't get me wrong i just say some mechanics need deep understanding in math, i don't know construct 3 to be honest. but with c# and the unity api i have practice and some degree of knowledge, if unity doesn't come with an mechanic i just make it myself.
sometimes you will need for loops(useful for inventory system), lamda => expressions(better to find specific variables objects need Linq namespace tho i think, it means turns to ), , interfaces(to create methods that are easy reachable), iEnumerator(iterations, time based actions),
like i said i don't know construct 3, maybe they have it, and i kinda remember to read that you can write code in javascript there but javascript is how should i say not the non plus ultra language.
anyway that shoudn't be a disrespect do what you wanna do, you need to like it thats the only aim.
I am working on a new game :D
I hope you don't quit i wanna see stuff you make in the future.

Main Character already half way there just need to model the normalmap and yeah, have fun :P
