Really love this game. Although it's very short, it has a great and interesting concept with good execution. Pretty art and Kyle is... Interesting. The music is fitting for the atmosphere too.

[Spoiler about Kyle's actions toward the player]

For a 10 years old kid, his mindset is mature enough. Which is make sense, since the situation that force him to "sacrifice" his childhood, in order to survive. And his actions sure are bold. He tied and drug us. I mean, normally, if you encounter a stranger near your house and decide to save them, you wouldn't tie them up, right? I think he's a kinda selfish person too, for many reasons. I also wonder what his reactions will be, if we choose no, when he asks us to wish upon the flower. Really interesting and curious about future antagonist Kyle. Also, it seems that we got isekai'd? Just wanna be sure. I don't know what I'm thinking honestly.

Oh! Thanks again! I will look at your account later. Well, have a nice day! :D

I won't call my review as deep tho. But, wow! Thanks for your explanations! I like how things are sometimes left open ended. I'm really satisfied with it. And Aki-kun's behind the scenes story sure are interesting! (I'm gonna check your Instagram, but I couldn't find any? And it's up to you, whether you want to share it or not). I'm glad that my so called little analysis make sense, when I re-read it, I'm anxious that it won't. And just like my review said, the stories appear in a simple form, but actually hold a deeper meaning behind it. Since this was based on everyday life stories and memories, I could relate with all of it. I agree with the other comment, it feels nostalgic

As for the stories, it's simple at first glance yet become somehow meaningful when you re-thought about it. And it just hit-the-spot. It has a great concept with good execution. I think I can see the way you merge the optional theme decay with the limitation buildings in Tatemono no Omoide (sorry if you actually didn't merge both the theme and the limitation).

As for the arts, it's classic, kinda ambiguous (only few), and are really really a good one.

As for the music, it's moody, balanced, fitting, and not overdone.

For jsmonzani, the creator!

I think I can see the way you merge the optional theme decay with the limitation buildings in Tatemono no Omoide (sorry if you actually didn't merge both the theme and the limitation). It's interesting and unique. I love all of the stories. And it's kinda hard to choose one. Although it may looks like that my favourite one is Tatemono no Omoide, I do prefer Hanami.

And below are my understanding about Tatemono no Omoide + the relation of the theme decay with buildings that I think it's connected. Since I'm interested in it, please provide your thoughts as well. I want to know how others interpret it.

[Spoiler alert about Tatemono no Omoide]

So, it seems that the spirits lost their home (apparently some lived on a tree, near a stream, and on a hill? And as for spirits whom lived "on a tree" I interpret it as : in the woods). And since those trees and hill get replaced, the spirits "decay" and became the "buildings" as to replace their home. Or, their home are decaying and so, the spirits chose the buildings to became their home.

And yeah, I write this at 1 AM. So, I kinda lose my focus. And sorry for my bad grammar or the potential "it doesn't make sense" wording.

Anyways, thank you!

I love this so much! It's simple yet wholesome and very heart-warming. Very easy, both the gameplay and the tutorial. It really takes like 10 minutes or more to complete the game. It didn't take 1 hour to finish it. So yeah, give it a try! Anyways, thanks to leafthief! This game, do brings a smile to me
