Interesting idea, have not seen many other games in the jam with this concept. I feel like a game of this style is somewhat ambitious for a game jam, you just don't have enough time to add lots of items that spice up gameplay. But you still did well within the limited time frame, there are enough items to form a proper strategy. Some more gimicks related to the time could have been cool to see, like an item that does as much damage as the length of the timer. Great little game :D

This was a fun little game. It took me a second to figure out how it relates to the theme (the countdown of the auction time). While the game is very unique, its connection to the theme felt week. But that is mostly it for my gripes. Some of the highlights for me was:
- the setting and environment where very immersive. The items and characters fit well.
- having to inspect the items before bidding, really helped me get into the game
- all the assets are pretty awesome, music, art, etc

Really cool take on the theme. I liked how the more rats in the city, the more rats on the screen (just some nice polish). Having the flood destroy the rat traps is a interesting concept that helps lead to some strategy. Playing the game was intuitive and not too stressful. It almost needed more urgency because I just found myself waiting for the rats to get to around 24k and then use the wave and save up a bunch of money. Cute little game, great job :D

I really enjoyed playing through and reading all of the letters. I liked how there was a thoughtful mix of telling the player what to brew and what ingredients and having them figure it out for themself. It was done very nicely, I was very engaged into figuring out how to fulfill the request. The vibes were very fun, the unique and witty ingredient/potion names did a good job at grabbing my attention. My only gripe with the game is the UI, it just didn't feel immersive. Maybe if you were in a room with the ingredients scatted across shelves, it would feel more lived in. But in the end of the day, its just a jam game. Very impressive and entertaining :D

This game was very easy to get into and was a fun little experience. I really enjoyed the death messages. They were really creative and a nice touch. The messages are probably what kept me playing because I wanted to see them all. While the visuals where rather plain, I don't think it hurt my experience. Very interesting take on the theme and good execution! :D

Once the rating period for the jam ends, we will release a patch to help players reach the end (its supposed to be a story game after all).

You are defiantly right about having the controls listed. I went ahead and added it to the description. Thanks for your feedback!

I really like how exists inside the itch page. It makes a really cool effect. The art and animations are very clean. Very neat :D

That did it. I am glad I got to play it. Very fun gameplay!

I love the dialogue. Just wished there was more of it. The take on the theme is very cool. Actually interested in the game until the end. Love it :D

Cool game! It probably is just a skill issue but very quickly it got to a point where the monsters were spawning in faster than I could kill them. Great idea and execution regardless :D

I am just going to assume your interpretation of the theme was 5 stars. Very distinct visual style that is oddly captivating despite the lack of gameplay.

Very fun and creative idea. The ties to the theme felt loose but I assume you just ran out of time to implement. Cool game none the less :D

This game looks so cool, I really like the visual style. But there is something wrong web build (or my computer). I could not manage to pick up the egg, I PRESSED EVERY BUTTON ON MY KEYBOARD. Very unfortunate :(

I was just having some difficulty going into the tunnels on the ground. What might work is having some time where hitting a wall during a dive doesn't instantly cancel the dive.

I absolutely adore this art style. And the music is so fitting. The idea is very cool, but the number of food pickups made it way to easy. Overall, very fun and unique game :D

It is really satisifying to chain dives into the red bouncing thingys and go really fast. I kinda wish there was a time elapsed stat at the end of each level instead of just time remaining (I want to know how fast I completed a run because I found myself leaving behind lots of clocks to go faster). My main critique is that you have to be mid-air to dive, it would be nice to be able to dive on the ground. Overall, really fun game :D

This is a fun little idea. It could have been cool to see more of a narrative inside of the game like you have to hack into this guys computer in 2 minutes or the world explodes. The sound track really fits the vibe. Very cool :D

Very fun take on the theme. The gameplay is satisfying. I thought it was broken at the start because I faced the mentor 3 times in a row, then I saw the levels indicator. All of the enemies are fun and easy to learn. Great game :D!

Its a fun little game and very impressive for a first game. The game feels alive with all of the fun cats, animations, and other artwork.

The visuals and audio feel really polished. I think this is a very neat concept, but it would have been cool to see something like an event temporary interrupt main gameplay. Something to spice up the action.

This has some really nice vibes. I really like the visual style. It took me a second to realize what I was supposed to do, but it was pretty intuitive after that. The radar showing the rocks was a nice touch.

Since this was our first major Godot game, we didn't really consider online features like a leaderboard. Though, it is a very cool idea that we might consider for future games.

Very cool concept. Enjoyed the addition of the hats. More levels would be nice, but that's just a limit of Game Jams.

It might be cool to see different objects you have to collect, more than just dodging spikes.

This game looks and feels amazing. Sadly, I don't have any friends to play with. It might be nice to make empty characters disappear, giving the players that are actually there more freedom for where to shoot.

I enjoyed reading the terms and conditions.I would love to see a finished state of this game as it is very creative.

Very unique take on the theme. It might be cool if you can control the rules of the game or add somewhat of a goal. I had fun making the classic gliders.

The controls and movement of the car is really satisfying. The control layout was a little weird at first, I kept trying to turn with a joystick. I would recommend adding keyboard support to reach more people.

Something about this game just hooks you. Even though the game-play is somewhat annoying,I just couldn't leave knowing Pedro would never complete his goal. In the end, I feel sorry for Pedro. I do not know what he did to deserve such a gruesome fate, stuck in an endless loop surrounded by giant monsters. His only purpose is to go forward.

Very unique and colorful game. It was really fun to play, but it was a little to easy while being kind of confusing. In my first play through of the game, I beat it without jumping (I didn't realize you could jump until the last two levels). But , I also find myself walking through structures that I thought were solid. With that said, the environment and enemies were very fun. Great style!

I'm glad you enjoyed it. If we were to continue developing this game, we would definitely add more abilities, enemies, and even some bosses.

Really fun and juicy game play. Boss fight was executed perfectly and brought the game together. I would love to see more content.

This is very interesting to play with. However, it took my a second to figure out how it works and what the goal is. A tutorial and more patterns would be nice. Very cool
