Dk if you found it but, theres a secret door behind a tree near the construction lady (mindy?) Its on the wall, once your inside the thing just go through the room then after your on the ledge, go right and push the box near the tree down and then to the box with the wrench
Idk if you found the quest but, do some of the rhonda quests until it gets to the quest "its a me, (your name)!" Then you just collect the wrench, is that what you meant?
