Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I very much appreciate your feedback, as it touches on something I was worried about since the start (I was gonna write a devlog about it but I suppose I could get it out now):

This is my first time writing a story from start to finish that wasn’t fanfiction or wildly inappropriate smut, so somehow, I had gotten it in my head that I *must* convey some kind of message with this story, despite ostensibly being billed as an absurd, lighthearted comedy of errors. I realized partway into writing the script that it wasn't really coming through tacitly, but by that point, a rewrite would have set me too far back to finish before the deadline, so I went with what I had. You aren't the first person to bring up the out-of-place-ness of the "Aro/ace people don't need to be questioned about their identity" theme, so for sure I'll figure out a much better (and hopefully funnier) way to handle it when I do a rewrite, now that I'm not so pressed for time.

But regardless, as long as I got a good laugh or two out of you, I consider the game a success 🦇✨️

Thank you for the in-depth review! I super appreciate your feedback, especially since it kind of shines a light on what I was concerned with writing the script: the heavy-handedness of the "Aro/ace people exist!"  message and the escalation of the scenario being either funny or shockingly serious. Had I more time I definitely would have polished a few scenes, but it is what it is with a game jam 🤷‍♂️

If you're willing, I'd love to know what specific scenes or lines you thought were dissonant, just to compare notes, so to speak. But regardless, I'm glad you liked it enough to leave an honest review 🦇💖

Thank you for the kind words! You're the second person to point out the anvilicious-ness of Credence's ace struggle, so that's definitely something I'm going to have to look at if I ever do a rewrite. But I'm very happy that you got a good laugh out of it! That's all I can ask for 🦇💖

I came here from the "How to Make a Furry Visual Novel in 30 DAYS" video looking for further inspiration, and I wasn't prepared to have my heart straight ripped out of my chest and stomped on. In less than an hour, even! The emotions I felt after finishing all four routes just would not subside until I made this comment commending the crew on their fantastic piece of art.

Thank you for the inspiration, Keith!
