nothing tbh just complete the other routes but if you want to find alynn again just go to the sunshine town infront of lucky night aka the brothel you'll find him he'll tell you that he will help you find the pyramid and stuff it's not available YET. Then in the entrance of sunshine city aka infront of the oasis they will be a person beside the guards this person is apparently a part of a research site just agree to it then you will get a map follow the direction and go there will Sonia a major character if you accept her offer to lay sandworm eggs you get an end of smth i don't remember so yeah but if you deny it..well idk never tried it.
