Much love for the kind words. I only had 24 hours for this years jam because I only got back home in the evening of day 3. So pretty happy with finishing anything at all :)

Thank you so much for the comment! Which screen resolution do you have and which build did you download? I unfortunately didn't have the time to make a proper settings menu, that's why I went with the easiest approach possible...
If your screen size was smaller than 1920x1080 I know why it didn't work, if that is not the case I would love to get a bit more information on your running conditions to fix this :)
I knew about the getting stuck in the ground thing. But I still to this day have no idea why it is happening haha...
Edit: I just tested the game on my linux laptop and noticed that the bug that causes the player to get stuck happens way way more often there then when I originally tested it. I believe it is because of the way I implemented frame independancy. I think I didn't account for deltatime in the ground check or something!
I really loved the story telling and deep lore behind the grass. The whole experience was very immersive, like working on my own garden. The sound design was very enticing and almost made me melancholic. Hearing your story in your asset credits of this page also added a lot to the game. Very nice! The additional challenge of having to put the game together by yourself is a great stylistic choice and truly helps you immersing into the world of snipping the grass not the sky. 10/10 would put the game together again!
