Hi YumeSphere, i got the game to work , my gpu was locked in a low performance mode , after removing the lock the game worked as it did in 0.15
old potato specs: 4 core intel 2.40GHz cpu GeForce GT 430 1gb gpu and 8gb of ram

from dev console there was errors related to c3runtime.js

such as c3runtime.js:1538 Failed to load texture:  TypeError: Failed to fetch

When pressing New game screen goes black after the effect and mouse freezes and will stay like that , this problem was not present with 0.15 , tried both 64 and 32 builds
I am on windows 7 ultimate 64

For the second question i meant the sfx archive with the ice cube  icon not the game executable

What program did you use to make the exe archives (0.20b and earlier) ?
