i actually didn't notice that, but anyway, idk

[i don't think i used the original phase 3 sprites as reference to this take on phase 3, BUT... i think that i do see where your coming from with that :P ]

the reason why, is because Black kinda lets him be since he doubts that brud will do much for defeating him, so basically he focuses on killing the others since he would be aware that they could stop him if they had good enough plans, maybe? and somehow brud is aware of this.  

this is also an alternative universe aswell. (sorta)

edit - i add the both of the SB3 files just incase if you want either the 1st vrsn or the phase 2 upd one, of both :D
