Progress hasn't stopped, but i've stated work on a separate project in the 'Laura' universe. Details are in my Patreon

I doubt (but not 100% decided) there will be a next version before the full release. 

The main point of doing dev releases like this is to gain valuable feedback from (much appreciated) fans and users like yourself, to help guide the direction of the game and features. 

I do do periodic releases of new stuff on my Patreon though.

A long way off. I've covered this question in multiple comments. It's not a simple process using the engine i am, so i'm going to do an android version closer to the time of game completion.

Sorry, he is integral to the story. You're not the first one to complain about him though, so i might dial him back a tad, no promises though

Ahh sorry, that's annoying. It's done that to me a couple of times on past play throughs. Sometimes the action button 'Z' isn't recognised by the engine, but if you tap it multiple times it seems to work again. No idea why

Hey, just an FYI. With the new update, starting a new game crashes the program. Workaround: Just reopen the game and load the new save game you just created, seems to work fine.

Sorry, that's the end of the current released version.i hope you enjoyed the game up until that point. If you wanted more content, you won't have to wait too long for the next release 😉

so i can do SOME attempt at fixing the issue, what does the nwjs error say? 

You might have to be more specific about the issue. But even armed with the info i might struggle, i don't own a mac to test it on, so i'll be firing in the dark.

lol, not in this version sorry. In the next update it's been made WAY less frequent though

oh, that is strange. The only thing i can think of that may be causing that issue, is where about on your computer you have the game folder stored. The engine creates saves in the /AppData folder. Other than that i'm scratching my head

Pressing 'x' takes you into the menu where there is a 'save game' submenu

That's the problem, the engine doesn't have the option. It needs to run deployment through a 3rd party application and be packaged up in a different way and new UI scripts need to be added. Hence... it's a blag lol

I've looked into this before. It is possible, but it's a blag, so im only going to subject myself to that when the games a bit nearer completion. Sorry

I can't go outside. You complete the initial getting nude tasks then the front door only lets you turn the lights on/off

Pressing 'z' on that bush should initiate a scene that will progress you past the bush

You did get it, that icon has gone walk-about for some unknown reason and I havn't gotten around to tracking it down or replacing it yet. You will still functionally be able to use it

ive been considering it, but it is an absolute blag, so more likely when the game is a bit more complete

With regard to the snake creatures, they will be returning, but there was already a lot going on in the earlier stages, so they'll be shifted into a later level of the game.

Yeah, but like you said, it ended up being helpful feedback. Because of that message i conducted a poll on my patreon about the issues that user raised and ended up changing the game as a result. So winner for me and for the game 😀

It would be a good feature to add, I would like it in there, but that feature is a big undertaking. I'll likely add that as a poll for my patreons to decide on though. But thanks very much for the suggestion

Potentially, it's not a feature for the release coming in the next few days. But it has been somthing i've thought about adding. It just a really awkward thing to make work with everything else.
