For clarity: the apk version is an installer for the android version.

I would try finding the problematic array index in the program and manually setting it to 0.

It proabably means an important value is outside its acceptable range and is causing problems.

You might have to find that value and change it manually.

Either that or the files are corrupted and you need to redownload the game.

It means you need to upgrade gpu as your current one does not support direct 3d 11.

Also updating to windows 10 would be a good idea too.
