I was able to figure it out! I had to enable transparent background while importing tileset and use the color picker >.<

I've got a question though. Is it normal for some objects to have a grey background? I'm new and using Tiled. I can always add another layer for objects but I was just wondering if I was doing something wrong. still trying to learn!
