You've hit the nail on the head there for why there's no chasing! I would love to add something like chasing, or even searching for sounds etc if we work on this further...
The controls are so so hard, but that's what makes it fun! Nice interpretation of the theme, sorry but I don't have any suggestions for you that haven't already been mentioned by others in the comments. Very good submission though, well done!
These are all valid points that we hadn't considered, I can see how you would think the guards would go away... We'll address all this if we make an update post jam.
Beautiful game and amazing ambience. I felt like perhaps the random items was a bit off? I would sit there for ages waiting while only things I didn't have could be sold...
Is there more than one level? I can't seem to progress any further, it just says "You win", let me know and I'll come back to rate the game as it seems unfair to do so if I am just missing something!!!
Took me a minute to work out the controls, and even after finishing the game I'm not entirely sure how it worked? Was surprised when in one of the last couple of levels hitting something didn't restart the game but teleport me to the other thing, that was a cool mechanic! Certainly fits the theme and was fun to play, good job!
I think there was a part where I shouldn't have been able to change form, but I did as I was half leaving the area and it forced me back in so I got stuck and that part of the level was broken because I was the wrong size!
