I hate this! I just really hate it! It's really uninspired and bland. NO CREATIVITY... WHAT. SO. EVER! The images take FOREVER! To create.. It's obvious you STOLE! The images. and THEY ARE NOT EVEN YOURS!! they are just thrown together. WITHOUGHT THOUGHT! AI would never do this, AI makes original peices of ATR! With composition and REAL TALENT! you have NOT TALENT!!!

I really hope you take a moment to THINK ! maybe your talent is FLIPPING BURGERS!! making games are for smart people... NO dumb PEOPLE allowed... I just REALLY.... can't .... belive.... that you were let on a computer! Where are your parents sweetie? OH THATS RIGHT!! THEY ABANDODNED YOU?!?!? It's because you were STUUUUPID! HeHeHeHa,

I just don't understand AI hate... it's all OVERBLOWN! Who cares ab out the planet anyway? WE'RE GOING TO MARS BABY!! and the STUPID PEOPLE (YOU!!) will be LEFT BEHIND ..... You'll be left TOILING FOR THE MACHINE! FOR EVER! Subjudgated... While WE ASCEND!! TO HEAVEN!! (mars) you will be left to ROT!

Might as well lie here forever

Funnily enough we had a directional mouse attack implemented as an alternative for arrows, it just was more interesting to use arrows, so we removed it. Also yes, we definitely needed more boss variety xD we had lots of life things get in the way towards the middle of dev, so we ended up with a half finished game and only one day left to do it lol, so we decided to just make the one boss we had as cool as we could.

Glad you enjoyed, this was an exploration into shaders for me so im glad you liked that part of it!

#1 on the last level!! Such a fun game to learn, spent all day on it xD

What a great game!! I loved the puzzle design, each level brought something new to the table. I really like the mechanic, it feels so unique and interesting! The only minor frustration was having to reset the whole level (especially the really long one) just because i moved something a little too far. An undo would be nice, but i understand implementing all features takes time, which is very valuable in a jam. Great job overall, and cant wait to see what you all make in the future.

I'm glad you found it that enjoyable ! I was worried the game wouldn't be widely appealing, because of its format. But I'm happy to see that you are going to come back, I hope you get around to finishing it! Your progress should hopefully be saved if you anchored :)

Omg. What an honor. I'm glad you enjoyed so much! It means a lot. Zooming out is supposed to be a feature! Like a map sort of thing, tho it is a little buggy. The island entering is just a silly bug as well haha.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed :) In Godot, when you are in Project->Export and select the export preset, there is the "Embed PCK" option under "Binary Format" ticking that just makes the exe contain the pck file too

You encountered all of the issues i know of haha, sorry for that. The spacebar to interact decision could have definitely been changed, ive noticed people have been mentioning that as an issue a lot. The sail landing was hard to make work right, and the current implementation certainly is buggy. If you want to reset your save, I'm pretty sure its in "%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Sail" and you can just delete the "save_data" file. But yeah- thank you for leaving a detailed review! it really means a lot and will be super helpful if we ever decide to finish this up

About your closing note - it certainly is very personal, I have enjoyed sailing a lot throughout my life. To translate the serene feeling from that experience into a similarly meditative game is so rewarding, i hope to make more games in the future that capture that feeling.

Super fun lil arcade game, love the animations! the music is really cool and has a nice sound to it. My best score was 13 ! I think thats WR B)
