I created that short cut and in the Target field entered various resolution examples after the original command line, and the game would launch according to whatever I entered. The biggest mistake I was making is that I wasn't adding a space at the end of the original prompt before adding any additional command's. The current screen resolution I run on my main monitor is 1280 x 768.

I think I might be in the "Not all older machines support Unity trees, they are quite demanding on the graphics" category that you mentioned, because even after being windowed in lower resolutions, I'm still having the same issues loading 3 of the maps. Whats funny is if I take off and do a 180, I can fly around the perimeter of the Two Towers map as long as no tree's are visible.... lol

I'm still very happy with the sim and the 3 maps I can play, and would consider it one of the best $5 bill's I've ever spent. In the very near future I'm going to be getting a new machine, so I'll enjoy what I can for now and not worry too much about it. Hopefully once I gain more skill's on Freerider I should be able to attempt more Acro type maneuvers around the house.

Thanks again for your help, and Great Job on FPVFreerider!

Greetings from Massachusetts,

My WinXP box wont load the 3 maps that have tree's. I'd like to change the screen resolution via the .exe file but cant find it anywhere. I read a post here regarding changing Unity player commands in the CMD prompt. Unfortunately having tried this I still can't get it to work. I'm also running the newest driver for my Radeon graphics card.

Could someone please respond and explain exactly what I need to do at the CMD prompt? The only maps I can use now are the Desert, The Car Park, and the Meadow. The map with the 2 towers loads, but once the tree's start moving around it freeze's up. The Island and Playground wont load at all. I'm running the in game graphic option at its lowest setting. I realize this is an old machine but it does run other sims like Phoenix RC so I figured Freerider wouldn't be a problem. It's too bad there aren't resolution and window options in the game settings, like there are in other programs I've used. I really like the sim a lot and hope to be able to use all of the maps at some point

Thanks
