COULD U CONVERT HIS GRAIN HEADS

I CAN NOT ATTACH HEADERS

I PUT IT IN MY MODS FOLDER BUT ITS NOT IN MY GAME

HOPE TO HAVE IT FOR SPRING

NO ALSO HAVING SAME ISSUE WITH TAHETON COUNTY 

when i try to download it i put it in my mods folder but it does not show up in game

I have tried to get it to work I download it and have tried to put it in my mods zipped and unzipped it goes to my mods folder but does not show up in my game please any help is apricated. 

so, i had it downloaded once and i could play the map, but it was all brown and like see through so i deleted it and went to try and redownload it and i put it in my mods but cannot select the map in a new save game.  

I GOT THE MAP TO WORK BUT IT IS CLEAR YOU CAN SEE THROUGH IT IF YOU LOOK AHEAD AND IF YOU ZOOM OUT

no how do i do that thanks in advance
