I've always believed games are art, but this game deeply reaffirmed it for me.

The story and mixed-media presentation genuinely impressed me! It was a visceral experience from start to finish... Like watching a car crash, it was impossible to look away or walk away without feeling a deep, guttural sense of unease and awe. Its portrayal of trauma, abuse, faith, and fascism is incredible and hit me so hard.

That said, I do wish there were additional ending options where your choices more directly affected the outcome. Or more insight into the farmer's life and how he lived before your arrival on the farm. I wanted to spend more time learning why these horrible things came into fruition. The allusion to what had or has happened is done well enough; I just found myself wanting to know so much more!

Overall, I'd give this game a solid 4/5, and I really, really hope to see more from the developer! :)
