Apparently it's possible on the newer version with the right extensions. It takes an extension to edit the IndexedDB(I used an Chromium/Firefox extension called Kahuna), but you can simply export it, edit it, and add it back. Not sure if this works on Iconology, but did it on the Numbers update without issue. There may be lag on the order of 2 seconds per move, but that might just be from playtime.

This may be necroing, but yes and no. If you were to find some way to edit the IndexedDB, you *could* change your savedata. I tried and failed, but maybe someone smarter could give this a shot and tell us what we need to do!

Nice game, up to 30 levels as of now!

Nice game, but something happened on the third level? Not sure what this means? The game appears softlocked and ending the turn does nothing. This was a hard level, and my first playthrough, after going through the intro level and a hard level.

Found an infinite loop w/out Workout Draw: Start with the Zen deck, cut workout cards every time you can, get Pre-Workout Mix, and you can stack just enough cards on the third competition to gain an infinite loop assuming good RNG. I ended up in the Iron Invitational with Twerk and Back cut from my deck and Pre-Workout Mix added, resulting in a deck that can loop infinitely.
If you can't find Pre-Workout Mix, Vitamin B+ will work similarly, just with less potency.
