Got to say that I love what I've seen of the demo so far; I spent more time lovingly picking out hairstyles and clothes than I did playing the game (I ran right into the first game over). I remember playing the first demo years ago and backing the Kickstarter, and already it's such a leap from what the game was before. Fantastic work, and I will happily read many more updates until you feel the game is ready to be released!

Problem: I'm running Sequoia 15.5 on Mac and the extended version of this game will not open. The message I get is "'TheTradedGroom' is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash." There is no option to bypass this and open anyway like in previous versions of MacOS. I've also tried to override the security settings, but I'm simply not able to do so even with the instructions from the Mac User Guide. The previous version of this game does still work, at least.

Always, always happy to support your projects. I played this one when you first released it and now I can't wait to see the extra parts and what you have in the booklet!

I'm not really a Discord person so I probably won't join, but if you continue to post about your upcoming projects here at itch then I'll come running :)

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that the fix does work, with a caveat--anyone attempting this fix MUST put a space after they c+p the necessary bit of code (up until 'quarantine') before dragging the game into the terminal screen and hitting enter. If you don't put in a space, you will get lots of feedback and it won't work. When done correctly, it'll be just as the link says; no feedback and you'll be able to open the game. Now to wait until after work and chores to play...

I'm having the same problem as a Mac user running Sonoma 14.6-- "'Saint Ceri ' is damaged and can't be opened." I purchased this game through itch since I know Steam can be funny about 18+ games, but this is something I've never seen from a game through this site before.
