Huh weird. Well it is mapped to the numpad + and - and also page up and page down. The game is actually designed to be played with 90degree rotations, but, is this a problem to you? Better yet, what would you expect the camera controls to be?
Our line of thought here is that if we leave the camera as a regular 3rd person camera, this can confuse players as they expect the gameplay to be behind the character, like other third person games. We want the player to rotate the camera constantly to figure out the proper height and angle to calculate jumps.
