Short answer: yes, it should be. There was one flag we forgot to set in the previous version but the effect was minor and not something that will alter anything in these new scenes. If you have issues with your old saves, please let us know.
We try to keep up-to-date with new versions of GA to avoid incompatibility issues. We can’t guarantee an update the very next day after each new GA version but we will roll it out as fast as we can.
The mod is not a project done by the whole GA team, not by a long shot. I’m an assistant writer on the BE route; Skai is a software engineer on the core game; Oct is an artist who has made a number of CGs and even done some sprite work for the core game. This mod’s origins are based on our desire to make something of our own that still exists in the GA universe. We try to stick as close to GA canon as we can, but the mod route is ultimately not canon and should be taken as its own story.
Some core GA files have additional lines of code in the mod. When you copy the mod files into game directory, you’ll get a notification asking whether you want to overwrite existing files. To get the mod working on your machine, you will want to do this.
